Associations throughout Florida by providing accurate
and detailed Reserve Studies in accordance with the
CAI National Reserve Study Standards.
Delta
Engineering’s Reserve Studies are comprised
of two parts:

The information about the physical status and repair/replacement
cost of the major common area components (physical
analysis)
- The evaluation and analysis of the Association’s
reserve balance, income and expenses (financial
analysis)
They
typically include the following five tasks: component
inventory, condition assessment, life and valuation
estimates, fund status and funding scenarios.

Transition
Studies – Our Transition Studies are
comprehensive Condition Assessments certified by our
Professional Engineers (P.E.) with the intent to identify
construction defects associated with the common elements. |
