Project Manager: Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager
Delta Engineering and Inspection, Inc. is a professional engineering and consulting firm that has been providing high quality inspection, engineering and project management solutions to our clients throughout the state of Florida since 1999. Delta is expanding its client base and currently has an opening for a highly motivated and experienced project manager with experience in building restoration.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be have a minimum bachelors degree in either architecture, engineering (structural/civil preferred) or construction management, Experience is required in the inspection and construction administration of building restoration projects. (i.e. condominiums, hotels, schools and municipal buildings). Knowledge of current building codes and standards is required with particular expertise in the areas of concrete restoration; building envelope and water-proofing; façade restoration and roofing systems is preferred. The ability to work on scaffolding, high lifts and swing staging will be required as well as being able to meet the physical demands of conducting field inspections.
Candidates must be self-sufficient and have the ability to obtain and manage projects successfully in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent verbal and exceptional report written skills are essential, as well as, a desire to advance in a small business environment.
